2. Astrovel’s Astrologers will keep everything a client says and everything that is revealed in a prediction 100% confidential, unless the situation is possibly life-threatening. This is a safe space where you can share your problems without hesitation.
3. Astrovel predictions are non-judgmental, and we welcome clients of all cultures, religions, spiritual paths and sexual orientations. We do not judge anyone their lifestyle or opinions.
4. Astrovel Online will not do a reading to see what someone other than the client is doing or feeling, nor will they do a reading for anyone under 18 years old.
5. Astrologers cannot predict the future with certainty and you should not rely on your instincts to make any decision that would affect your legal, financial, or medical condition. You should seek the advice of a licensed or qualified legal, financial, or medical professional in case your inquiry involves the law, finance, or medicine. Astrovel is not a licensed Mental health service, nor Psychotherapy; it is a spiritual wellbeing consulting to help you live your best life.
6. Astrovel Team will do the readings to the best of their ability and conduct it with an openness and honesty.
7. Our Team constantly strives to improve their predictions skills, and always strive to learn and grow.
8. We have the best intention for the client while doing the predictions. We will never cause harm or deceive and will always have your best interests at heart.
9. Astrovel reserves the right to refuse to do a prediction for a question that they feel they cannot answer, or one that goes against this Code of Ethics.
10. All payments are to be done before the appointment via online payment.
